Micronclean serve the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology, Healthcare and Micro/Nano Technology industries where contamination control is paramount in assuring product integrity.

Micronclean specialist garments are decontaminated and validated to class A of the ASTM F51/00 standard and are supplied hermetically sealed.  Sterilisation by gamma irradiation is available if required.  In addition, customer specific research and development is constantly undertaken to validate or evaluate new fabrics and garment designs ensuring Micronclean are at the forefront of technical innovation.

In addition, Micronclean are able to offer the Compliance 100® Mop System,
Compliance 100® Wipes range, and a complete selection of cleanroom consumables.
Micronclean also have a patented 'Static Dissipative Garment System' that meets fully surface resistivity recommended range of 1x 10 and 1x10 ohms including 'sleeve to sleeve' and 'point to point' test procedures. Through specialised manufacture the body garment has total electrical integrity.  In addition the hood, coverall and boots are totally electrically bonded.

Fenland/Micronclean via it's newly opened £7.5 Million Louth facility offers a comprehensive range of garments designed for use in cleanrooms from ISO 6 level to ISO 8. Ranging from cleanroom undergarments and low shedding coats to paintspray coveralls and PPE, in a wide range of colours, designs and fabrics.  All size requirements are catered for and tailor made corporate clothing is available on request.  All garments can be supplied with individual name badges and company logos if required.
